Fedex Ground is our default shipping method and is available for all U.S. mainland states, non-domestic U.S orders.
Fedex Air economy is our default shipping method for international orders.
Domestic orders are usually shipped within 72 hours - weekends, mondays and holidays excluded, which also depends on whether or not Delikt needs time to investigate the legitimacy of an order and to allow transactions necessary time to settle.
Fedex does not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays.
Items ordered together may ship separately.
All orders are shipped in proper boxes and materials.
Delikt does not ship to APO’s or PO Boxes.
International Shipping Policy
First-time International Customers: You will be required to email a readable image of the credit card (front and back) along with a signed copy of the order receipt to verify your identity. Please email these images to firstname.lastname@example.org
Delikt LLC is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. These are the customer’s responsibility and additional duties and taxes hat may apply are based on the country’s laws and regulations. Delikt cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be.
We cannot mark International packages as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees—this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
We do not allow orders from the following continents/countries: Africa, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, North Korea, Viet Nam, Dominican Republic, Russia and Ukraine.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
